Is it possible to furnish a car as per clienťs request?

Yes, it is free up to 150 km.

What is included in car hire?

Damage lability, all–risk insurance (accident insurance), highway sticker, car fillings (fuel not included), more than one driver possibility as per rental contract.

What is participation of accident insurance?

5% or minimum 5.000 CZK.

What are necessary documents needed for hire a car?

Valid driving licence, ID card. For foreigners: driving licence, passport, valid voucher.

How to make a reservation?

You can book by phone or by e-mail. We recommend to make booking two days in advance.

Can I travel abroad?

Yes, our cars are insured within all states of EU. For travelling out of EU, a special insurance has to be paid.

What to do in case of a car accident?

Please call us immediately, we will help you! If damage is more than 100.000 CZK, please call police to make a accident report. If damage is less than 100.000 CZK and all participants agree about guilt, you can fill an Euro-form (attached to other documents). The form must be signed by both participants. If a car accident happens abroad, we always need a police report about it.

What to do when a car brokes down?

Please do not hesitate to call us. We are able to help you 24/7.

What to do when I return a car?

We rent a car fully fueled. Please return the car in the same way. After quick car-checking you will arrange payment as per signed contract.
